We will be providing rebates to towPartners who activate new units with Sprint Nextel through 12/31/2008. For each new Sprint or Nextel phone activation between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008, towPartners members will qualify for a $20 per unit rebate from towPartners.  For each new Sprint or Nextel phone upgrade between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008, towPartners members will qualify for a $7.50 per unit rebate from towPartners. Our Gold Level Members will get DOUBLE towPartners REBATES, meaning $40 for each new activation and $15 for each new upgrade.

*Rebates do not apply to activations on data only plans.



REBATE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO TOWPARTNERS MEMBERS.

To qualify for the rebate program, activations must meet the following criteria:
• Activation rebates must be a new service activation with Sprint or Nextel; upgrades do not qualify.
• Upgrade rebates must be a new handset upgrade with Sprint or Nextel; activations do not qualify.
• Number portability does qualify if moving service from a provider other than Sprint or Nextel.
• New activation or upgrade must occur between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008.
• Activations and upgrades must be through ShopTowPartners to qualify for these rebates.  ShopTowPartners can be reached at www.shoptowpartners.com or by phone at 866-693-1769.
• Rebates must be filed within 60 days of purchase of activation or upgrade.
• Nextel account must be a part of a towPartners program, code NARDO_ZAF for companies, code NARDO_ZZZ for individual accounts.
• Sprint account must be a part of the towPartners program, corporate node 0571634793 for companies, employee node 0571634849 for individual accounts.

Submitting your Rebate Form
To submit for your rebate, send a copy of the page of your Sprint or Nextel bill clearly showing the new activation or upgrades, along with the rebate form below to:

*All rebate request submissions must be received by January 31, 2009. Please allow up to four weeks for processing and delivery of rebate.
